Non-medical home care designed around the whole person — not just the tasks. We help older adults remain safely at home with dignity, autonomy, and meaningful connection.
"Care shall reflect personal history, culture, preferences, values, and identity — not solely functional limitations."
This philosophy shapes every interaction, every schedule, and every plan of care.
We see the whole person — identity, history, preferences — not just needs. Care is delivered with deep respect for who you are and who you have been.
You remain in control of your routines, schedules, and choices whenever possible. Our role is to support your life — not to manage it.
Care plans are built together and evolve over time. You are an active partner in defining what matters most and how support is delivered.
We serve older adults and adults across Colorado who want to remain at home safely and meaningfully.

"That philosophy — care designed with people, not for them — is the foundation of Steward Care Health."
Steward Care Health was founded by Arta Doci, a senior transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience serving both early‑stage startups and large, global organizations in Vice President and Chief of Staff roles.
While Arta's professional career focused on strategy, operations, and leadership, the inspiration for Steward Care Health emerged from a deeply personal caregiving journey.
For more than 12 years, Arta was a caregiver to both her parents. After losing her father — her hero — she became the primary caregiver for her mother. Balancing an executive career with caregiving demanded creativity, resilience, and constant adaptation. Arta often brought her mother on business trips, arranging concierge adult care and intentionally returning to the same cities to ensure continuity with the same care professionals — long before continuity became a widely recognized standard in home care.
This year, Arta observed a sudden and significant cognitive decline in her mother. Everyday activities, such as navigating a store, became disorienting as time and place grew harder to integrate. Rather than removing independence in the name of safety, Arta chose a different path — one grounded in dignity, autonomy, and co‑creation.
Together, Arta and her mother redesigned daily life to preserve choice, identity, and meaning. When shopping became overwhelming, they opened an online store together — ArtaLierReserve.com — transforming a lost activity into a shared creative experience. This act of co‑creation became more than a solution; it became a philosophy.
Steward Care Health is built on the belief that care should be designed with people, not for them — supporting dignity, honoring autonomy, and co‑creating meaningful daily life even as needs evolve. Arta's personal caregiving experience informs every aspect of the organization, from caregiver continuity to daily rhythm design, ensuring care feels human, respectful, and deeply personal.
We invite you to experience our care, our philosophy, and to join us in the ongoing journey of co‑creation.
We will start with a conversation — no forms, no pressure. Just listening.
Together we will design a care plan that reflects who you are, not just what you need.
We assign a primary caregiver and introduce them thoughtfully before care begins.
Care evolves with you — we check in regularly and adjust as life changes.
